Time Warner’s corporate response

So, this has been a week (or 2 days ) of corporate responses to things that should not have happened. This has to do with my earlier lament about the cable guy. 

So, I have a chat fest with a time warner Tech supervisor (FINALLY!!!) and give him the entire story of the not working since we moved in cable and the cable guy who makes me have nightmares. (please see earlier post for details of this fiasco) The time warner stupervisor, first thinks I’m in it for the money. NOT TRUE. I want this guy to leave us alone, and give us the credit that he promised us. So, finally he bucks up and gives us 285.00 worth of credit! WHOOPIEEEEEE!!!

My favorite line to him: “Look. THis isnt’ about the credit. It’s about me wanting my cable to work properly, and not be afraid to be in my own home. This guy has peered in my windows, walked into my house uninvited, and has generally made me freaked out. Wouldn’t you be?”

He agreed…and sent someone to look at it today. And guess what???

It didn’t fizzle or pixelate once. Figures.
